Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt of order.

Orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING are shipped via USPS First Class Package Service.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping with delivery within 3 - 5 days (includes up to 3 days warehouse processing time) is available for an additional fee.

Shipping Notifications

You will receive a tracking number when we release your order to the warehouse. This does not mean your order has shipped. There may be a delay of up to 2 business days while we assemble your order and schedule a pickup. Be sure to check your tracking number for the most current information. If it has been longer than 3 business days without an update to your tracking number please send an email to Customer Service.

International Shipping

We ship to within the U.S. and to Canada. Orders to Canada are shipped at a flat rate of $26. Sorry but we do not ship to other countries at this time.

Mr. Swim is not responsible for delayed or lost international orders, customs or duty fees, or any additional fees imposed by your local company or shipping company.  Accurate invoices and customs forms will be included with all International orders, including orders shipped to Canada.

Shipping Time

Most in stock items will ship via UPS, or USPS within 72 hours of receipt of the order.  Shipping times may be longer during high volume sales and events.  You will receive an email when your order ships. Orders are processed Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST. Any order placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will processed the next business day.

Potential Shipping Delays

Due to the high volume of orders that we receive during our special sale periods, or service disruptions at our carriers, there may be a delay in your receiving your order. We will try our very best to minimize the delay and process your order as soon as possible. We have no control over delivery time after an order has left our facility.

Sales Tax

Corresponding sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to New York and California as required by law.
